Margaret M. Hand* has been mediating trust, estate and conservatorship disputes since 2004. She is a member of the Contra Costa County mediation panel and also frequently mediates disputes being litigated in Alameda and San Francisco Counties.

Ms. Hand also accepts appointment as a judicial referee pursuant to the parties’ agreement and, in fiduciary accounting cases, upon court order without the parties’ consent.
