We have also represented agents under powers of attorney and parties contesting the use of such powers.

In will and trust contests, we sometimes represent the contesting party, and other times we represent those defending against contests. We also represent clients in actions to recover property wrongly taken and we defend clients wrongly accused of absconding with estate property.
